Established in 1989, we now employ eleven fully equipped plumbing teams, a blockage team and a Water Leak detection team to give effect to our credo of providing a reliable and speedy same day service, never sacrificing on quality. Customer satisfaction being a priority we offer a genuine 24-hour service 365 days a year. Differentiating us from the competition is that our company is backed up by the expertise of a civil engineer, enabling us to confidently say that there is no plumbing problem too complicated for us to handle and to back up our workmanship with a guarantee that we take pride in honouring.
As part of our social upliftment programme and to provide the necessary infrastructure to deliver a reliable 24-hour service, we have provided housing for the majority of our key personnel on the business premises, where we also keep a store room, well stocked with commonly required plumbing parts and materials. We are therefore fully capable to respond to calls at any given time.

- Aiming to follow a holistic approach to solving any plumbing problem we also employ a construction team to attend to repair work in event of the plumbing work necessitating excavation of walls, floors or paving. In so doing we aim to minimise the inconvenience and hassle for the customer.

- Our Chairman of the Westrand Branch (Johan Landman) serves as Regional Manager of IOPSA and is a qualified civil engineer (35 years experience)
- Providing housing for the majority of our key personnel on our business premises where we also keep a storeroom stocked with commonly required plumbing parts and materials, we are able to respond to calls at any time of night or day in a record time
